Rehobamz Digital Space – Business Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rehobamz Digital Space, a professional photography and videography company based in Maryland, USA. We specialize in capturing timeless memories through maternity and newborn sessions, weddings, family portraits, corporate events, headshots, and other special occasions.
Our goal is to provide exceptional client experience built on professionalism, creativity, and trust.
By booking our services, you agree to the following policies and terms.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% (or as stated in your quotation) is required to secure your booking date.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the retainer payment has been received.
• The balance payment is due on or before the event date or session day, depending on the service type.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, Zelle, or any approved payment link provided by Rehobamz Digital Space.
• All invoices will be itemized to reflect agreed services, rates, and applicable taxes or fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers date reservation and administrative costs.
• Cancellations made at least 2weeks before the scheduled session or event may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days beforethe event/session will result in a forfeiture of all payments made.
• In the unlikely event Rehobamz Digital Space cancels a booking, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notified at least 14 working days in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may attract a rescheduling fee of $50.
• Weather-related reschedules (for outdoor sessions) will be handled with flexibility and mutual agreement.

5. Privacy Policy

• All personal information, including names, contact details, and event specifics, is kept confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes.
• Client photos and videos are stored securely and are never shared without client consent.
• Rehobamz Digital Space may use select images or videos for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes — only with the client’s written or verbal approval.
• Clients may request the removal of their images from promotional use at any time.

6. Delivery Policy

• Photo delivery: Within 2–4 weeks of the session date (depending on the package).
• Video delivery: Within 4–6 weeks of the event date.
• Deliverables may include:
  • High-resolution edited photos via digital gallery or USB drive.
  • Highlight or full-length videos (based on selected package).
  • Printed photo albums or mini albums (where applicable).
• Express delivery or rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
• Photobook delivery takes 20 working days.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Rehobamz Digital Space.
• Clients are granted personal usage rights to print, share, and display their photos/videos for non-commercial use.
• Unauthorized editing, resale, or commercial distribution of any content created by Rehobamz Digital Space is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to display our work (with permission) on our portfolio, website, or social media platforms for promotional purposes.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

• Rehobamz Digital Space is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to equipment failure, accidents, illness, or unforeseen events.
• In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement photographer/videographer or reschedule.
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted service.

9. Client Cooperation

• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and follow pre-session guidelines provided by our team.
• Rehobamz Digital Space is not responsible for lost time, reduced photo opportunities, or limited results due to lateness or non-cooperation.

10. Agreement

By booking Rehobamz Digital Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Business Policy.
